With over 40 years of in-depth knowledge of the Gold Coast’s southern region, I bring a level of expertise that’s hard to match. Since starting my real estate career in 1988, I’ve weathered every type of market, selling and leasing homes with a dedication to my clients that has seen me outlast many other agencies. My local insight means I can recall every detail about properties—who built them, when they were sold, and who bought them—giving me a unique edge when helping clients with their property needs.
Since starting in real estate, I’ve always had a strong entrepreneurial mindset and love the challenge of the industry. Whether it’s sales or property management, my passion lies in helping people move forward with their property goals. From first meetings to negotiating deals, I put 110% into exceeding my clients’ expectations. I specialise in the relaxed and down-to-earth southern Gold Coast, covering Elanora, Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach, Currumbin Waters, Coolangatta, and Tallebudgera. This area offers a laid-back lifestyle with a strong sense of community. Over the last five years, we’ve seen property values double, thanks to the sea change movement, with many new residents from New South Wales and Victoria settling here. I’ve seen every housing boom since the 2000s and witnessed how the Gold Coast has evolved into one of the most desirable regions in Australia, now boasting the fourth-highest median house price in the country.
The southern end of the Gold Coast offers a variety of housing, from high-density beachside apartments in Burleigh and Palm Beach to estates and acreages inland. Many of my clients are retirees downsizing or families relocating for a better lifestyle. I’ve developed long-term relationships with clients, often selling homes for the same families over generations. My commitment to getting results is reflected in the trust my clients place in me—some have even left instructions in their Wills for me to handle their property sales after they pass away.
I’m proud to be known for my empathy, loyalty, and genuine care for my clients. Having faced tough personal situations, including selling my own home during the high interest rates of the 1990s, I deeply understand the challenges some clients face. My community involvement is equally important to me—I’ve been an active fundraiser for local charities, and I’m a proud recipient of a Lions Club Australia award for helping flood victims in 2022.
