Richard Cabral brings a great mix of international experience and local knowledge to our team. Originally from Brazil, he’s been living on the Gold Coast since 2010, giving him a strong connection to the local community and real estate market.
Richard first built his career in Property Management in Brazil, where he spent 2.5 years developing his skills in client relations, asset management, and customer service. After moving to Australia, he went on to work in hospitality for several years, where he further strengthened his people skills and developed a real passion for delivering great service.
Now back in the property space, Richard combines his previous industry experience with a genuine, down-to-earth approach. He’s known for being approachable, detail-oriented, and committed to helping clients achieve the best possible results.
